We're Hiring Jr. Architect / apprentice/ Jr. interior designer/ assistant architectural designer
our office is currently under renovation, staff are work from home set up in up to 2 months
- Develop design concepts and plans for projects.
- Manage construction drawings, specifications, and other project documentation
- Project Coordination
a. Coordinate with consultants & foreman; vendors to ensure project requirements are met
b. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables
c. Attend site visits and meetings for design solutions / decisions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- With at least 1 year experience in the same field
Attention to details and willing to work on field if needed- Willing to work on site ( antipolo, manila, taguig,etc.)
Knowledgeable in AUTOCAD, SketchUp, VRAY, Adobe, Photoshop, and Lumion/enscape
- Must have advanced 3D modeling, 3D rendering, and drafting skills
Ability to commute / site visit- Proficient in design conceptualization
