Junior Appraiser

Pinnacle Real Estate Consulting Services, Inc. is a full-service real estate consultancy firm specializing in providing comprehensive services to local and foreign investors, buyers, and real estate lenders. Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to enhancing the value of client investments throughout the Philippines. Our primary business lines include real estate asset management and brokerage, real estate closing and advisory services, and non-performing loan asset management.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Appraiser at Pinnacle Real Estate Consulting. As a Junior Appraiser, you will be responsible for conducting property inspections, collecting and analyzing market data, preparing appraisal reports, and assisting senior appraisers in various valuation projects. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of business strategies and provide support to the appraisal team.

• Knowledge of real estate valuation principles and methodologies
• Proficiency in property inspection and data collection
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in real estate appraisal software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Appraiser's license or certification is preferred
