Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Application Support - Incident Management at Seven Seven located in Pasig. The Junior Application Support - Incident Management will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for applications, assisting with incident resolution and management, coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, and documenting solutions and best practices.

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of application support processes and incident management
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues
  • Knowledge of SQL and basic database querying
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Relevant certifications or training in application support or incident management
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
