Job Description- Provide administrative support for the organization by running reports, handling information requests, and performing various clerical functions
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company's operations
Assist the Administration department with data entry, running, reviewing, and compiling various reports
- Prepare documents for management approval
Perform routine audits- Electronically filing documents, as well as data entry into safety reporting software
- Proven success in office administration
Superb written and verbal communication skills- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Has experience with Cloud service providers
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- 2 or more years of office administration experience
Familiar with basic accounting principles and practices- Ability to electronically organize and maintain files
