Job Description

  • Job Description
Provide administrative support for the organization by running reports, handling information requests, and performing a variety of accounting and clerical functions.
  • Required Skills
Proven work experience as an Accounting Administrator or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software
Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
  • Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field
  • Minimum Qualifications
Basic understanding of General Ledger accounts and proper project cost coding
  • Ability to troubleshoot potential errors in coded invoices, expense statements, and other accounting transactions.
Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to electronically organize and maintain files
  • Job Responsibilities
Maintain and update the status of accounts payables.
  • Provide efficient client services and provide support to administration staff.
Assist audit activities.
  • Prepare, send, and store the record of invoices on time.
Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.
  • Analyze the transactions with financial policies and procedures.
Maintain and manage monthly journals, update entries, and maintain sub-ledger.
  • Prepare documents for management approval
Complete cost adjustments upon request
  • Support the Project Administration team with pay applications and other accounting functions
Post approvals within our accounting and project management software

  • 10% Night differential pay from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am only (minus 1 hour lunch)
