- Tasks and Responsibilities

Support for Financial Transactions:- Assist in finalising bookings post-transfer, prior to invoicing and end-of-month close.
Help the team with finalising bookings that the system has been unable to price automatically during peak times.
- Support in processing client credit card charges for additional services.
Assist in creating journals for adjustments to contractor pays.- Support the submission of contractor payment files.
Assist with client requests for receipts and tax invoices.- Help Accounts Receivable to investigate client disputes with Customer Service and Local Service Delivery teams.
Help Accounts Payable in the preparation of management reports such as Levy Reporting and Commission processing.- Assist with entering and cleansing data in the proprietary processing system used by Equity Transport Group.
Assistance maintaining excel tracking files for a variety of tasks and functions.
Efficient Time Management skills.
- Well-organised with ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure.
Strong organisational and administrative skills, and attention to detail.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Qualifications/Requirements
Degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
- Minimum 3 years experience working offshore or a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company.
Experience working with strict end-of-month deadlines._There is an ASSESSMENT for this application that you need to take once you are shortlisted by the recruitment officer.
