JOB TITLE AND DESCRIPTION- Accounting / Office Administrative Assistant
Report and take direct orders from the Accounting / Office Admin. Manager and President/General Manager and ensure proper execution thereof;
- Maintain the internal accounting / bookkeeping, accounts payable/ receivable, and payrolls processing;
Record fees, purchases, sales, collection of the company;- Record banking transactions such as telegraphic transfers, online banking and check preparations for signature.
Assist with the day-to-day operation;
- Assist with the office administrative tasks like ensuring that there is enough water supply, maintaining files, managing phone calls, dissemination of memos, HR support for fellow employees, among others; and
Participate in the Company's ad hoc special projects.- Abide by and perform to the best of his/her abilities all functions, duties and responsibilities to be assigned by in due course;
b) Comply with the written and/or verbal orders and/or instructions given from time to time or through its authorized representative/s;
c) Perform any other administrative or non-administrative duties as assigned by any representative from time to time either through direct written order or by verbal assignment.

- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting, principles, and concepts.
- Ability to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail are crucial to ensure financial records are error-free.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics, as well as spreadsheet software like Microsoft excel, often required.
