Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and various financial reports.
Support the accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
Participate in month-end and year-end closing procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Assist with tax preparations and filing requirements to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Analyze financial data and create detailed reports for management review.
Comply with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
Compile, enter, and post monthly adjusting journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.
Assist with audit preparations and other compliance activities to support internal and external audits.
Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with other team members to improve financial procedures and workflows.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Up to one year of relevant accounting experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
Experience with financial software and systems such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle Financials is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of additional languages is beneficial for our diverse regional offices.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
