Must be professional with strong ethical code
- With up-to-date knowledge in Philippine government compliance
With up-to-date knowledge in accounting procedure and processes- Up to 2 years related experience in general accounting and taxation
Fluent in English and Filipino
- With strong organizational skills
Adept in written and verbal communication- With excellent interpersonal skills
Can do cross-functional collaboration
The Junior Accountant is responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. As well as:
- monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports and/or statements
coordinate and complete annual audits- make recommendations and improve the system and procedures
initiate corrective actions
- meet financial accounting objectives
establish and maintain fiscal files and records- efficiently handle taxation management and reconciliation of banks
resolve complex accounting issues
- do general ledger preparation, year-end audit preparation in support of budget and forecast activities.
