Job SummaryTo develop new business and build a portfolio of corporate accounts/partners
To manage existing accounts and generate loan applications from the company and its employees
To meet sales targets for assigned areas/industries
- To prospect, send proposals and offer MRACC products to, negotiate with, and close new businesses
To prepare sales proposals and sales pitch presentations to clients- To submit call reports and sales reports weekly, or as prescribed by management
To generate enrollments to the product and loan applications from employees
- To conduct market surveys and evaluations as well as to provide feedback and suggestions to management to ensure MRACC's products competitiveness in the market
To conduct regular client visits, conduct product updates and sales presentations- To conduct roadshows and briefings for corporate and individual clients
To introduce, promote, and offer MRACC products to potential clients during sales events and trade shows
- To secure documents that facilitate the accreditation of corporate accounts and proper approval for loan borrowers
To act as primary point person in handling customer concerns or issues- To assist in the collection efforts of the company - through follow-up and request of information - from defaulting parties
Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance or any related field- Candidate must have at least two years work experience in Business to Business sales
Must be willing to do retail selling
- Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
Candidate must have strong persuasion skills- Must be willing to do sales presentations and participate in trade fairs
Willing to travel and work in the field
