Responsibilities:
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for core system related to insurance/health products
- Develop and execute comprehensive test cases to ensure functionality, usability and performance of core system meets the business requirements
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, developers and stakeholders to understand system requirements and develop testing strategies
- Assist and/or provide UAT Signoff
- Provide timely and accurate feedback on test results, including detailed description of test outcomes to stakeholders, Business Analysts
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on testing-related matters
- Conduct regression testing to verify that resolved defects do not happen to previously identified issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in manual software testing.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and processes.
- Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- ISTQB certification (preferred).
