- Position Overview: The Jr. Training Officer will assist in the documentation and development of our comprehensive sales training program. This role involves creating detailed training materials, documenting the entire training process, and compiling an auto sales playbook that will serve as a standard for future training initiatives. This position is essential for ensuring that the training program is well-documented, organized, and can be effectively utilized for continuous development.
Assist the Auto Sales Performance Coach in documenting training sessions, workshops, and coaching activities.- Develop and organize training materials, manuals, and presentations based on the training program.
Compile a comprehensive auto sales playbook that outlines the company's sales strategies, techniques, and best practices.
- Ensure that all training documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
Gather feedback from training participants and incorporate it into the development of training materials.- Support the coordination and scheduling of training sessions across different dealership locations.
Assist in tracking the progress and performance of sales executives throughout the training program.
- Provide logistical support for training sessions, including setting up venues, arranging materials, and coordinating with participants.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed, ensuring smooth execution and effective delivery of content.- Work collaboratively with the Auto Sales Performance Coach and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of the training program.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.- At least 1 year of experience in training development or capacity building roles.
Strong writing and documentation skills.
- Reasonable knowledge in data entry and analysis.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, and Forms) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Prior exposure to process documentation.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry and sales processes.
Knowledge of instructional design and training methodologies.- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other training software.
Ability to analyze training needs and suggest improvements.
