Jr. to Mid-level QA Analyst
Responsibilities:- Read and understand requirements related to product updates, line of business updates, coverage changes or updates.
- Obtain and understand design requirements related to product updates, line of business updates, coverage changes or updates.
- Build test cases to support testing related to product updates, line of business updates, coverage changes or updates.
- Post test case documentation as required in JIRA.
- Execute test cases related to product updates, line of business updates, coverage changes or updates.
- Document all test defects in an effective manner in JIRA.
- Re-test all defects and update JIRA accordingly with re-test results and status updates.
- Ensure User Stories are updated with current status for tasks and supporting documentation for test results.
Skills / Experience:- 5 or more years experience in QA Analyst experience
- Less than 5 years of experience of experience can be considered for lower level
- Data Analytical Skills
- Jira
- SQL Server Mgt Studio
- SQL Server and Transact-SQL
- Agile Software Development Scrum
- Visual Studio experience preferred
- Property & Casualty Insurance background preferred
- Automation testing tools are good to have but not necessary
