Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr Sous Chef at Vikings Group of Companies in Pasay City. The Jr Sous Chef will be responsible for managing the overall day-to-day operations of the back of the house.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of Hotel Restaurant Management or Culinary Arts or related field
• 3+ years of experience as as Assistant Kitchen Manager, Jr Sous Chef or related or any related
• Expertise in European and Mediterranean cuisine
• Ensure the quality of services in accordance with the food safety standard
• Health and safety regulations & compliance adept
• Willing to be assigned in Pasay
• Amenable to start as soon as possible
