Jr. Site Architect

The Jr. Site Architect contributes to and supports architectural projects for all Alphaland entities. He/she prepare designs, complete construction documents, and assist in the presentation of materials. He/she coordinates with contractors, suppliers, and other construction trades to ensure correct and timely execution of construction activities including interior design setup and landscaping works.

• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Creates building designs and detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications and Sketch-up for all Alphaland projects/entities.

• Monitor construction works of proposed plans for all Alphaland projects/entities and ensure their proper implementation.

Estimate material quantities based on plans and specifications.

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other construction trades on site.

Supervise sub-contractors and workers as needed.

• Attend design and coordination meetings to address department-related concerns.

Travels regularly to sites and provides site progress updates.

• Other job-related responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

• Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

• Must be a

Licensed Architect Can produce, interpret, and execute construction plans and details.

• Can quantify materials based on plan and provide costings.

Demonstrates keen attention to detail and work quality.

• Can handle multiple projects & other assigned tasks with accuracy.

Good oral and written communication skills.

• Working days: 6 days a week
