Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Junior Procurement Specialist will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Job Descriptions
  • Vendor Management:

- Assist in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers.

- Maintain positive relationships with existing suppliers.

- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules.
  • Purchase Order Processing:

- Generate and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.

- Track and manage order status to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Data Analysis:

- Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement activities.

- Contribute to the development of procurement strategies based on data insights.
  • Contract Management:

- Assist in the drafting and review of procurement contracts.

- Maintain a centralized repository of contracts and related documentation.

- Monitor contract compliance and address any deviations.
  • Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, logistics, and project management.

- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs.
  • Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

- Stay informed about industry trends, supplier capabilities, and market conditions.
  • Problem Solving:

- Address and resolve issues related to procurement processes promptly.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Job Specifications/Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Driving License (Motorbike and 4 wheels) is a must for Man applicant.
  • With own Motorbike.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,
  • 00 - Php17,000.00 per month
