Job Overview

Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Night Shift (Mon - Fri, 11:00 PM to 08:00 AM)
Work Setup: Temporary WFH (Ortigas)

Job Description:

As a Jr. Processor, you will manage a pipeline of mortgage loans, ensuring timely and accurate completion from application to closure. Your role will involve verifying documentation, meeting compliance standards, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.

Your Daily Tasks

  • Obtain and analyze information to process mortgage applications, including credit reports, income, assets, and appraisals.
  • Manage daily pipeline with a focus on meeting deadlines for rate locks, mortgage commitments, and department turn times.
  • Communicate loan status updates to all parties involved, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance with disclosure requirements and industry standards.
  • Accurately prepare files for closing, coordinating with settlement agents.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and other internal teams to ensure accurate and complete loan files.
  • Maintain loan status updates in Encompass and process denied or canceled loans promptly.

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience processing residential home loans (conventional, FHA, and VA products preferred).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills for real-time updates.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations, loan products, and underwriting requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Encompass systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to adapt to new products, programs, and industry changes.

Additional Skills:

  • Experience with Letters of Explanation, Insurance Verification, and Debt Monitoring Reports.
  • Knowledge of Flood Certificates, SSN Validation, and closing documentation.
