Tester:
1. Collaborate with the Test Analysts /Lead
2. Help identify risks and dependencies in testing
3. Able to design test cases based on Test Scenarios/Functional Requirements as needed
4. Execute test cases and report defects
5. Help in prioritizing testing tasks
6. Directly coordinate with the developers as needed
7. Identify and resolve issues related with test execution
8. Know when to escalate issues to the Test Analysts/Lead
9. Use effectively the tools in testing
10. Act as technical SPOC during project implementation regarding reported defects
11. Help prepare Test Status Reports
12. Help prepare Test Summary Report
Minimum qualifications:
- 4 years graduate of any IT related course
- Quick learner
- Strong analytical skills
- Able to think from customers perspective
Preferred qualifications:
- 4 years graduate of any IT related course
- 1 year experience in software testing
- Knowledgeable in Testing Methodologies and Tools
- Knowledgeable in different testing types, levels, and techniques
- Experience in using Task Monitoring Tools such as Jira
- Experience in using different testing tools
- Quick learner
- Strong analytical skills
- Able to think from customers perspective
