JOB SUMMARY:
The IT Programmer is responsible for coding programs based on predefined system specifications, ensuring efficient functionality of computer-based systems. They collaborate with the database administrator and end-users for system design and conduct technical training. Additionally, they supervise system implementation before final turnover.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop accurate, efficient, and structured programs.
- Thoroughly test programs.
- Analyze system specifications for completeness and conformity to programming standards.
- Conduct technical training on system operations for newly developed/implemented systems.
- Provide technical support on newly developed/implemented systems to end-users either by phone or onsite visit.
- Prepare system documentation including:
a. File layout
b. Screen description
c. Conversation flow
d. Program map
e. User's manual
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year experience in website, online systems, back-end development, and related web projects.
- Proficient in oral and written English.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and respond to urgent requests.
- Experience in Cloud Hosting (API Gateway, Lambda, and EC2 Infrastructure).
- Experience in the following web development technologies:
- AngularJS
- jQuery
- Node.js
- JavaScript
- PostgreSQL (Database)
