Job Description - Jr. Compliance Officer

Drafts and/or reviews contracts and other legal documents such as Secretary Certificate, GIS, Board Resolution and etc.
With At least 1 year Experience in POGO And or Internet Gaming License. (Required)
With connections in different government agencies and law firms is a plus.
Manage the ongoing review of materials and communication tools to ensure departments meet compliance requirements.
Professionals with solid time management skills and the ability to multitask.
Ensure consistency of process documentation and regulatory compliance requirements.
Maintain, prepare, and adhere to regulatory compliance
Monitor and update the company on the status of any regulatory application for permits, license clearances and etc.
Communicate with all concerned department whenever needed in relation to permits, regulatory requirements, and other compliances.
Creates progress reports and provides update on assigned tasks
Communicate with Government Agencies if needed.
Professionals with solid time management skills and the ability to multitask.
Able to complete the requirements needed for a project based on the given timeline.
Manage ongoing review of materials and communication tools to ensure departments meet compliance requirements.
Drafts and/or reviews request letter of approval as may be applicable to other legal documents.
Other tasks that may be assign from time to time by immediate superior.
BACHELOR'S In Political Science or any related course
With at least 1 year experience in legal compliance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and any other MS suites.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage documents and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to function effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment
Amendable to Work from Monday to Saturday
Willing to work on-site in Makati
