Jr. Business Analyst

The Functional Analyst is part of an implementation project team, who DESIGNS and CONFIGURES SYSTEM FUNCTIIONALITIES to help customers automate processes. The Functional Analyst does STANDARD (NO CODE) CONFIGURATION of our ERP SOFTWARE to fit our customer's processes and coordinates with Developers for back-end customizations.

As a creative position, it requires good design skills so that our delivered functionalities fulfill the requirements of the customer and at the same time, are efficient to implement when collaborating with the customer. As a technical position, this role requires understanding of the functionalities of the ERP software. This position is open to fresh graduates who have good learning habits and are adaptable in order to successfully undergo training. This position is a WORK-FROM-HOME with occasional client visit.

Responsibilities

• Lead the requirement gathering to understand the needs of the business

• Evaluates process requirements from the business and develop an efficient functional design

Do standard configuration of systems, and coordinate with development team for back-end customizations

• Collaborate with the implementation support team during the testing, and go-live phases of project implementations.

Supports the Sales Team with client demonstrations.

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.

1-2 years experience in Accounting, Finance space. Fresh graduate are also welcome to apply.

• Strong technical skills. (Software navigation)

Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with the customer. Comfortable in a client-facing role.

• Great process design skills

Willing to do occasional on-site business meetings (usually within Metro Manila)

Nice to have

• Experience in Accounting or ERP Systems (SAP, Xero, Netsuite,etc)

Residing IN or NEAR Metro Manila.

• CPA and tax-filing experience is a plus
