Primary duties and responsibilities: The Jr. Brand Manager will be involved in brand development and marketing efforts whilecollaborating with various teams to achieve brand goals.
- Specific duties and responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies with the company's overallobjectives, focusing on enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement within thefood retail sector.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, preferences, and competitors'activities. Contribute insights using the gathered information to form brand positioningand marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the rest of marketing team and other departments/partners to plan,coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches thateffectively communicate the brand message and drive sales (for both in-store and on-linestores, and other partner merchants such as Grab Food, Food Panda, Rider Ko, Pickaroo,Lazada, Shopee, and Tiktok shops)
- Contribute to the development of compelling brand messaging and content for variousmarketing channels, including social media, website, packaging and advertising materials(digital and print).
- Monitor brand performance metrics, analyse campaign effectiveness, and provide regularreports to assess the success of marketing efforts. Recommend adjustments based ondata-driven insights.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Creatives, R&D, Commissary,Catering & Events, and other departments, to ensure consistent brand representationacross all touch points and align marketing efforts.
- Assist in maintaining brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in branding elements, visualidentity, tone of voice, and messaging across all communications and marketingmaterials.
- Explore and foster partnerships or collaborations with influencers, suppliers, and otherrelevant party, to amplify brand presence and reach.
- Support in managing and monitoring marketing budgets for brand or project specificinitiatives and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing strategieswithin the food retail sector to identify new opportunities for brand growth andinnovation.
