Job Description

Qualifications:

  • At least two (2) years of related working experience in Business Development.

  • Possesses the ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships with Lessors and Property Owners.

  • With familiarity and ability to communicate the features and benefits of company products and services.

  • Has the ability to present in large groups .

  • Self starter who can work independently.

  • Must be willing to do travel for site scouting, meetings, market study and survey.

    Job Summary:


    - Increases market presence by consistently and effectively acquires sites/locations based on target areas as set by the company.

    - Creates and implements strategies to be able to encourage property owners and lessors to convert their existing business into our proposed business.

    - Creates a very comprehensive, detailed database of property owners so as to have a pool of sites that are available, can be converted and due for expiration.

    - Develops tools and practices for site acquisition and lessor's negotiation.

    - Assists CCOD regional managers in coaching and following-up CCOD area managers concerning implementation of branch expansion and relocation projects.

    - Works closely with and assist CCOD regional managers in managing/supervising CCOD area managers in site scouting and selection for branch expansion and relocation requirements.

    - Works closely with and assist CCOD regional managers in supervising branch expansion and relocation project presentation preparation by the CCOD area managers.

    - Reviews and finalizes branch expansion and relocation presentation initially prepared by CCOD area managers, and conduct presentation for approval to BDD head and director in charge of BDD, and as needed to EVP for Operations and President.

    - Plans and implement field visits to assigned branch expansion and relocation projects, in close collaboration with concerned CCOD regional and area managers; as needed, assist certain CCOD area managers in site scouting and selection.

    - Assists CCOD regional managers in ensuring policies and procedures governing branch expansion and relocation are fully complied with by CCOD area managers.

    - Ensures annual branch expansion and relocation projects CAPEX budgets are prepared and submitted on-time to the Corporate Planning and Accounting.

    - Conducts annual training to CCOD regional managers and area managers concerning branch expansion and relocation policies, procedures, techniques and best practices.

    - Closely monitors progress of CCOD area managers in branch expansion and relocation site scouting and selection, and negotiation, and accordingly report any major set-backs or problems to the CCOD regional manager, CCOD head, BDD head, together with problem-solution recommendations.

    - Ensures BDD project database system is regularly up-to-date concerning assigned branch expansion and relocation projects.

    - Analyses branch expansion and relocation policies and procedures for possible improvements and make recommendations as needed.

    - Receives from CCOD area managers branch expansion and relocation project documents, including contracts, and lease with other concerned departments, including Accounting and Treasury, for necessary.

    - Processing of advance lease deposits, security deposits, earnest money, etc.; directly follow-up with concerned departments and ensure there are no delays in document and payment processing.

    - Works closely with CCOD area managers, as well as personally exert some effort, in searching for possible sites for acquisition, either from among existing leased branch sites or new sites, and accordingly make recommendation to BDD head, Director in charge of BDD.

    - Proper and timely endorsement of branch expansion and relocation project to the Construction Management unit of the BDD.

    Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
    Contract length: 5 months

    Pay: Up to Php28,000.00 per month
