Qualifications:- Strictly follow the recipes in preparation of all products assigned.
Manage the Preparation and baking process of a product.- Requisition for required raw material to prepare assigned products.
Take stock and sign for raw material left over at the end of shift before requisition of more stock.
- Fully responsible for all assigned tasks
Strictly follow the recipes in preparation of all products- Maintain acceptable hygiene standards in work area assigned.
Record all products prepared during the shifts.
