Job Overview:
As a Junior Amazon PPC Manager, your role involves crafting strategic Amazon PPC campaigns to consistently excel in Amazon PPC Campaign Management. This encompasses tasks such as meticulous data analysis, thorough keyword research, in-depth competitor analysis, and effective reporting and communication.
Key Role Objective/Accountability(& KPIs):
Amazon PPC Maintenance (40%)
Create and monitor campaign performance that follows department strategies
Daily performance maintenance check of Account & Product SKUs
Continuous personal career learning and Amazon updates to stay up to the trend on profitable PPC strategies and learning software- Scale Insights.
Data, Keyword, and Competitor Researcher (40%)
Do updated keywords and competitor research regularly
Gather data for analysis on Amazon latest trends for campaigns AB testing using Helium 10, Data Dive, Brand Analytics and Product Opportunity Explorer and brainstorm with the team to come up with recommendations/ action plans.
Monitor BSR and Keyword ranking
Account Reporting/Communication (20%):
Perform any Amazon support task that is needed.
Example: Case creation and encoding.
Communicate current campaign performance by providing data and insights through report trackers
Role Preference:
Has Amazon Advertising Certification
Has any PPC course certification is a plus
Experience with Scale Insights is a plus

Recruitment Process
The recruitment process is all initially at your pace. We only do in-person interviews in the final step. We will initially ask yes/no & numeric questions to verify your relevant experience.
We will ask you to list out your key responsibilities from your previous companies.
We will then ask you to demonstrate past responsibilities to support your list of key responsibilities and success metrics.
Then we will select a few applicants to do a paid trial task (we will provide actual problems/issues we face that you will try to resolve).
Lastly, we will do a final in-person interview (at this point, you would most likely have passed most of the job competency and experience assessment and this is a job/culture fit + opportunity for you to ask/understand us better).
