Jr. Accountant

As a Junior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of the company and ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, such as recording financial transactions, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining general ledgers.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and collections.

Assist with the preparation of budgeting and forecasting activities.

• Prepare and submit financial reports to management on a regular basis.

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Assist in the coordination and completion of annual audits by external auditors.

Participate in the development and implementation of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial analysis and decision-making processes.

Stay updated with relevant accounting regulations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.

• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience or internship in accounting or finance is a plus.

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant
