Job description
- Handle accounts for South East Asia (SEA) entities
- Including journal posting and data entries on petty cash, staff claim, AR, AP and GL
- Assist in handling partly of AP and AR functions for Hong Kong team :
- Verify and bookeeping AP invoices
- Issue invoice and credit note to customer
- Update payment received to customer wallet in our system
- Provide general administrative support to the Finance Department
- Participate in ad-hoc tasks
Requirement
- Degree holder
- minimum 2 years and above working experience in finance or accounting
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Computer literate and well-versed in MS Word and Excel
- Capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines and willing to work overtime
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated
- Ability to effectively priorities and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate within a high-performing team
- Experience in dealing with multi-national colleague is highly desirable
- High adaptability of change in an accounting system
- Quick learner
Job Type: Full-time; On-site
Salary: Php28,000.00 - Php34,000.00 per month
