ADDMORE Services, a professional technical services company based in Las Vegas, Nevada is currently looking for a
Joinery Drafter to join its growing Retail, Joinery, and Fit out CAD team in the Philippines.
Minimum seven (7) years of joinery drafting experience in production, factory, and environment related to the construction industry
- Preference given to those with retail experience in joinery drafting, detailing, setting out, and cutting list
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering with a major in drafting- Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering is only considered if specializing in joinery
While the role is remote-based, the candidate must be living in the Philippines
Designing, drafting and processing jobs for production
- Working with the joinery drafting team, manage the workload and meet deadlines promptly
Ensuring all drawings are prepared in accordance with the company standards and meet the project scope and budget- Providing suggestions to increase productivity by setting up internal templates and procedures
Reviewing architectural and shop drawings, contract specifications, and samples for design inconsistencies and conflicts
- Liaising with clients, project managers and factory staff
Performing other duties as required- Completing tasks within an agreed / allocated time
Have a strong attention to detail- Have outstanding organizational skills
Have great time management skills
- Have strong management/administrative skills
Knowledge of materials & hardware- Have retail experience in joinery drafting, detailing, setting out, and cutting list
Understanding and experience of basic spatial design is essential
- Self-starter who can work within a project team, or independently
We are looking to fill the position immediately.
