We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to address inquiries, resolve issues, and offer product or service information.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Address customer inquiries, provide product and service information, and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using company systems.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling, customer satisfaction, and resolution times.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly.
- Follow company protocols and procedures to ensure compliance and high-quality service.
Job Requirement
- A minimum of 7 month of experience in a Call Center Tech Account.
- Must be a High School, or Senior High School graduate.
- Strong proficiency in English communication, with above average to excellent language skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts based on business needs.
