Job Responsibilities:
Probe and discover the needs of the customer and recommend the appropriate service using features and benefits
Meet quota and service objectives in a fast-paced call center environment
Provide excellent customer service to customers and professionals
Provide customers with a positive service experience
Adhere to IBEX Global Philippines company policies and work standards
Qualifications:
At least K12 Graduate or 2 years in college completed with no back subjects
For high school graduate's minimum 6 months of call center experience is required in one company
With average to excellent communication skills
Must be willing to work on site in Cyberpark, Cubao

Lower Ground Floor, Cyberpark 2, Araneta Cubao, Quezon City | Mondays to Fridays | 11am - 8pm
