Job Description

Location: Pasig City

Job Overview

  • Identify potential new clients and business opportunities and builds business relationship to generate profit for the company.
  • Maintain strong client relationship through regular close contact account management that includes regular client visit and communication.
  • Present Corporate Profile, Products & Services, and solutions to be offered to the customer.
  • Coordinate with Technical & Pre Sales team in preparing sales proposal.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Achieve sales target set by the company.
  • Establish healthy relationship with principals, suppliers and business partners to ensure support for projects being worked on.
  • Submit weekly activity reports and sales pipelines.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational seminars, webinars, and in-house trainings.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Creates a positive work environment that encourages employee participation and values the contribution of all employees.
  • Understands the implementation of policies and procedures consistent with those of the organization to ensure efficient operation. (e.g. CRM & Escalation procedures)
  • Pro-active thinking thinks outside of her/his job description, and implements tasks that needs to be done without prior instructions from management
  • Understands and Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company's objectives.
  • Responsible for coordinating and attending all Marketing events conducted by the management, suppliers or principal.
    • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
    • Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
    • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
    • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
    • Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
    • Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all existing and future projects with regards to the following PROJECT MANAGEMENT details:
    • Ordering from suppliers
    • Coordinating project kick-offs
    • Monitoring all equipment ETAs and coordinating them with clients
    • Monitoring/Coordinating technical installations if needed
    • Monitoring client payments (ensure that all payments are on time)
    • Coordinating technical support issues when they arise
    • Replying to any other project concerns, if applicable

    Qualifications

    • At least 5 years of work experience
    • Must have handled IT Sales (software, hardware, etc)
    • Presentation and negotiation skills
    • Good to excellent communication and written skills
    • Proficient in MS Office
