Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code.
Utilize development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide.
Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.
Pickup and kick-off cards with leads to understand the task, get all the required clarification done and propose alternative solutions.
Assess and implement new changes in good quality and with test covered.
Showcase and review the new changes together with team members.
Actively work with other development and QA members to solve challenges.
Able to provide leadership, guidance, training and mentoring to other team members.
Carry out feasibility studies and impact analysis for new feature.
Pro-actively contribute innovative ideas for improvements.
Evaluate, select and formulate best solution for technical spike cards.
Support production environment and attend the escalated issues if required.
Frontend/ Full-stack Developer Core Technical Skillset: React for frontend, Java/ Java Spring Boot full-stack developer. The developer will be part of an agile development team that is responsible for taking functional/ technical design and perform build and testing of the software by utilizing his/ her core technical skillset.
What to Expect: Work in an agile development team to deliver high quality software applications Adopt proven software engineering practices like pair programming, code reviews, test-driven development. As a more experienced engineer, you will additionally be expected to lead conversations on solutioning and systems design, establish best practices and mentor other engineers in the team.
