Job Description
- Develop and deploy code changes within time-bounded assignments
- Provide support and sustain tasks, including incident management and monitoring
- Deliver daily, monthly, and quarterly reports as required
- Perform troubleshooting for reported incidents and implement code fixes and enhancements
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures
- Work on complex projects of large scope, developing innovative technical solutions
- Act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
- Collaborate in a cross-functional team environment, adhering to established design control processes and good engineering practices
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience in application development, with a focus on Java, Springboot and Angular
- Advanced troubleshooting skills and familiarity with IT Service Management Systems
- Proficiency in web services (SOAP/REST API), Spring MVC, and databases (SQL)
- Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Jenkins, Git, Postman, GCP, and PCF
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or IT (preferred)
- Comprehensive knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- The ability to develop innovative solutions consistent with organizational objectives
