Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have**
(Ideally should not be more than 3-5) Project technologies: Java Fullstack Profile: senior software developer with previous software architecture and business analysis exposure; T3 level or more Soft skills - Willingness to expand current skill set and work with multiple stacks, languages, and technologies. - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. - Independent and self-organized. - Eagerness to go the extra mile to ensure the project's success. Technical skills - Relevant experience with at least one 3rd generation OOP programming language (Java preferred, C#, C++ and others are OK). - Excellent conceptual knowledge pertaining algorithms, design patterns, software architecture, data modelling. - Relevant experience with web applications: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and application development (any stack). - Familiar with development and deployment processes: source control, CI/CD, development and testing methodologies etc. etc. - Solid relational database skills. - Relevant systems integration experience.
Good-to-Have good to have knowledge of SAP Fiori / SAP UI
