Position: Japanese Strategic Customer Staff
Industry: Japanese IT Consulting Company
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 70,000 - 80,000
Schedule: Shifting (Dayshift/Midshift)
Work Set-up: Onsite
Requirements:
N2 Japanese Level or higher.
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's / CollegeDegree, preferably in any office-related course.
Undergraduates with BPO experience are accepted.
At least one (1) year of work experience in customer support, customer services or other related work is preferred for this position.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Responsibilities:
Answering inquiries from clients regarding their account status, transactions, trades, withdrawal and deposit etc. thru email and chat.
Informing other staff for the current campaign and how it works.
Endorsement to all department regarding tasks done and updates regarding daily work
Conduct proper investigation when the need arises (e.g. suspicious emails)
Locate and pinpoint possible errors on Platform, Kanrigamen, Website, etc, and report them immediately to team leader and/or superiors
Check emails regarding CC errors and respond through Thunderbird
Send proper emails regarding tasks specifically created by superiors/team leaders
