Nihongo Skilled Coordinator - N1/N2 Level

Schedule: Shifting (Day, Mid, Night) , Follows foreign Holiday
Set Up: Hybrid (Onsite at BGC, Taguig)
The Nihongo Skilled Coordinator is responsible for providing essential business process services, with a focus on supporting Japanese projects. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, technical proficiency, and excellent language skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Process Expertise:
- Maintain a deep understanding of business processes and their impact on the organization.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and manage workload to meet deadlines.
- Stay updated on relevant technologies and tools.
- Analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
- Handle escalations promptly and professionally.
- Actively seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
Japan Project Support:
- Translate documents between Japanese and English.
- Coordinate with Japanese counterparts and act as a bridge between teams.
- Produce reports and documents in Japanese and English.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:
Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong proficiency in English and Japanese (JLPT N1/N2)
- Master Data Governance experience or knowledge is a BIG plus
Domain Knowledge:
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Soft Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Customer-oriented approach
Operational Skills:
- Experience with documentation, report, and dashboard creation
- Experience with user management (creating users, assigning profiles and roles)
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules and follow foreign client holiday schedules
