Production/cooking of samples in Kitchen;- Recording recipe changes;
Prepares report on feedback of samples provided by SC;
- To enforce the standard procedures;
Collaborate with other Chefs to obtain and prepare the raw materials required or the recipes;- Supervise and support new product rollouts and product modifications in all concepts;
Assist with special projects as assigned;
- Edit and adjust recipes located on testing/sampling results;
Vendor interaction sourcing and review of potential new ingredients;- Assist with new product setup (using the Product Checklist) to transition to full-scale production;
Work with supporting departments in regards to issues;
- Support on new products and product releases from formulation to commercialization;
Provide support to continuous improvement projects and formula redesigns;- Develop ideas, formulas and processes for new products.
Must be a graduate of any Culinary Course;- With at least 2 years of solid experience as a Chef;
Preferably with experience in a Japanese restaurant/cuisine;
- Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes;
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure;- Willing to work in shifting schedules;
Willing to work in Quezon City.
