Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Japanese Customer Service Representative (On-Site) to join our growing team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience in the job market context of SEA and be fluent in both Japanese and English.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Japanese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to the improvement of customer service operations by identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent in both Japanese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service in the job market context of SEA
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in using customer service tools and software
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
