J1 INTERNSHIP for Hospitality Management Students

Position Summary:

The Hospitality Management Interns (J1 Internship) will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop essential skills in various aspects of the hospitality industry. This position offers hands-on training and mentorship in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing a solid foundation for future career growth.

• Key Responsibilities:

Depending on the specific department (Hospitality, Culinary, or F&B), responsibilities may include:Assisting with guest services, front desk operations, and reservations.

• Supporting culinary staff in food preparation, cooking, and presentation.

Assisting in F&B outlets with order taking, serving, and maintaining cleanliness.

• Learning and adhering to relevant safety and sanitation standards.

Participating in departmental meetings, training sessions, and special projects.

• Providing excellent customer service to guests and patrons.

Contributing innovative ideas to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.

• Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant hospitality, culinary, or F&B program.

• Strong passion for the hospitality industry and eagerness to learn and grow.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Basic understanding of relevant industry practices and regulations.

• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Proficiency in a second language (preferred but not required).
