We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an IT Training and Support Specialist.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- User Experience and Troubleshooting: The ideal candidate should have prior user experience with Sage X3 and be open to further training on advanced troubleshooting techniques
- TrueCommerce Familiarity: A strong understanding of TrueCommerce is essential for this role, as the candidate will be required to work on troubleshooting and support related to TrueCommerce
- EDI Maps for Retail/Wholesale Industry: Knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) maps specific to the retail and wholesale industry is crucial. The candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing these maps
- New Trading Partner Testing: Conducting testing for new trading partners to ensure seamless integration and functionality
- Sage X3 or ERP Experience: Familiarity with Sage X3 or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is highly desirable
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills
- Working knowledge of SQL
XML knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience with Sage X3 is a plus
- Sage X3 or ERP Experience: Familiarity with Sage X3 or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is highly desirable
Working Schedule
- Work full-time from 9 AM - 5 PM EST
- Work from home
