MUST HAVES:
Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent level of experience in related field
A minimum of one years work experience in an internal IT environment or related experience in a professional services position
Strong oral and written communication skills (preferably with experience from an international account in BPO industry)
Confident and comfortable with client facing activity
Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft's Software/Applications: Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams
Ability to troubleshoot and configure workstations and hardware such as: printers, laptops, etc
Okay to work in a start-up company
