- Responsibilities and Duties
- Assisting customers and presenting product.
Determining the best products to meet the requirements of a customer.
- Providing technical support on products and/or service.
Have in-depth technical knowledge about the products.- Sending technical specification to potential buyers along with the sales quotes.
Installing hardware and software systems
- Maintaining or repairing equipment
Troubleshooting- Setting up computer security measures
Configuring computer networks
