  • Job description

  • Single Point of contact of Assigned Client/Sales regarding service request/concerns

  • Provide acknowledgement, timely and regular update/feedback on clients requests or queries

  • Create Ticket for Service with complete client's information and nature of request

  • Monitor and keep track of all open ticket until closed or resolved.

  • Monitor defective equipment pulled-out from assigned client from In-house team

    6Coordinate with Sales/Purchasing personnel for warranty related issue/concern

  • Coordinate provincial request to supplier, monitor, and follow-up until resolve

  • Request Service Unit to Sales if client is requesting and unavailable with service team

  • Coordinate with departments for warranty claim and part's cost

  • Ensure return of defective Item

  • Monitoring, delivery and pullout of Service Unit and unit for repair of client

  • Ensure the Field Tech send regular report per client after visit for update including time of 1st sched

  • Regularly update Field Service Database

  • Safekeeping of all documents (e.g. Work Order)

  • Other duties as assigned

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: From Php16,770.00 per month
