Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Information Technology or any other security-related field.
Minimum of 1 year in IT, preferably gained in the banking industry or any other related industry
- Technical Support Service
a. Provide technical solution to all user issues when it comes to end users and observe escalation procedures as needed.
b. Installs and configures computers including all software needed by the users.
c. Installs and configures network and IP printers as needed by the users.
d. Configures and installs IP Phones.
e. Maintains inventory of computers and printers.
f. Perform maintenance on printer as coordinated with vendors.
g. Update patches and Antivirus definition on all workstations.
h. Maintain an updated image of desktop and laptops including software updates.
i. Assist in project implementation by taking part in hardwaresoftware deployment
j. Attend training programs and learning sessions for enhancement of technical and professional skills.
k. Perform other related functions that may be assigned by the supervisor as needed.
