Technical Support Specialist_ monitors and maintains the organization's computer/network systems by applying technical knowledge related to computer hardware, desktops, laptops, POS terminals, printers, CCTV cameras. Installs and configures computer systems, diagnoses hardware/software faults and solves technical and applications problems, either by phone or in person.
Bachelor's Degree in Management Information System, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or any business related courses
- With at least 1 year actual work experience in tech support and/or ICT repairing hardware, software
