Job Description

Lead the planning, implementation and enforcement of processes, tooling, collaboration, quality and performance standards for 2 functional areas, specifically:
  • Software testing and quality assurance
Maintenance and support services
  • Supply business unit staffing/tooling requirements through effective resource planning
Provide management representation for the resolution of service delivery risks/issues directly related to software quality and support services
  • Lead continuous learning, knowledge and capacity development of the QA and Support teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50,
  • 00 - Php80,000.00 per month
