Must be a graduate of Electronics or any Computer related course (ECE/EcT/Computer Engineering/ BSIT or any equivalent)- Has a good understanding on Electronic Security systems (Surveillance/Access Control/Alarm System/ Network Solutions etc)
Has the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Familiar with various windows operating systems and remote desktop applications
Fluent in oral and written communications- Has the ability to work under pressure and strict timelines
Has the ability to work unsupervised with attention to details
- Able to submit procedural documentation and relevant reports on time
Has the ability to provide exceptional customer service (remotely or on-site) at all times- Willing to be assigned on out of town schedules, to work on field
Certifications/ trainings related to Electronic Security System is a plus
