Metacom Careers is seeking a dedicated IT Technical Recruiter for a full-time, on-site position in Baliuag. The recruiter will focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent within the Information Technology sector, particularly for technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT positions, technical skill sets, and industry hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment for IT professionals, including developers, engineers, system administrators, and other technical roles.
- Proactively source and attract top IT talent through various platforms and channels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and match candidates to job specifications.
- Perform technical screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications.
- Manage the interview process, provide feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Ideal Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or any related field
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Information Technology industry trends and terminologies
- Previous experience in IT recruitment is a plus
