Work Schedule: Night Shift (8PM - 5AM PHT) Location: Onsite in Clark, Pampanga * Two-week FREE Accommodation for those relocating to Pampanga will be provided
WHAT YOU WILL DO:- Provide L1-L1 support to end-users relating to MS core business application and OSin alignment with SLA guidelines.
- Basic remote access solution troubleshooting and support including VPN, Terminal Services, Citrix, etc.
- Install and maintain network devices including printers, network scanners, phones or other corporate devices.
- Provide support, maintain, and update security measures to ensure the integrity of company data resources and prevent unauthorized access to network systems.
- Networking support with WAN/LAN, routers, Firewalls, etc.
- Communicate with customers via phone and ticketing system keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages.
- On-going commitment to self-paced training & upskilling to preserve & enhance professional viability.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- MSP experience:
- 0-1 year for Mid
- 2-4 years for Senior
- Microsoft Windows (Workstation) or Windows Server Support.
- Adept with M365 support
- Cloud-based Technologiessupport experience
- Solid Networking background including: routers, switches, LAN/WAN, Firewalls
- Worked with security tools/principles: antivirus, VPN, MFA, etc...
