with experience as a System Business Analyst or QA tester or System User with company background in warehousing or logistics industry
with background knowledge and experience in User Acceptance testing (UAT) and Software development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, documentation standards such as process flow charts, manuals, guidelines and business requirement documents and tools such as JIRA or similar platforms
Project Management and coordination experience to ensure high quality of service and milestone completions
with advance knowledge in PHP, JQuery and Javascript languages, MySQL relational Database Management System and Laravel Framework
Basic knowledge in IT infrastracture and technical support activities
Will do business process mapping of WMS system development.
Will document systems and procedure of WMS.
Will provide training and user support for WMS and ERP systems.
Will do business analysis of WMS system development.
Minimum Requirements:
2-3 years job experience, preferably in Logistics Industry
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information technology or related field
Experience in relevant tools and technologies used in system analysis
Knowledge of system analysis and design methodologies
Strong analytical and problem solving skills to understand and solve complex business and technical issues.
Understand project management principles and methodologies
Preferably with ERP/WMS background
